Maintenance Contracts
ProMetric Systems will provide all personnel, tools, equipment and transportation necessary to perform preventative and remedial maintenance of your System(s).
To this end, ProMetric can provide three levels of Service Contracts for our customers: Full-Service, Priority, and Extended Warranty.
Each contract can be tailored to meet the specific needs of our customer and can include onsite maintenance on the system software environment, self-test program (if one exists) and hardware within each subsystem listed below:
- Computer / Control Section
- Stimulus Section
- Measurement Section
- Switching and Relay System
- Power Section
- Special Devices
- Interfaces
Our Maintenance Contract will detail all covered software and hardware components/assemblies within the above subsystems.
