Configuration Management

ProMetric Systems can also maintain a configuration database of your test systems including the following minimum information:

• Install Locations
• Revision Level Tracking by system serial number
• System hardware, instruments, software
• Documentation and Users Manuals
• Preventative and Remedial Maintenance Reports for all service calls performed by ProMetric personnel.

Customer login access can be provided in order for your team to view this information and run available status reports.
