Spares Program

Spares provisioning of essential assets is critical to ensuring the long term availability and full support of your test system. ProMetric's Customer Service Team will review the configuration and usage requirements of your test system. A recommended spares list with itemized costs for both the initial purchase price and annual maintenance will be provided.

Under a customized Service Contract, spares can be kept on-hand at ProMetric and will be regularly verified to the manufacturer's operational specifications and calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer's specified intervals to ensure they are available at all times.
