For all of our contracts, an initial Customer Service Visit from a ProMetric representative will be used to establish a baseline of the system's current operational condition. In addition, our engineer will inspect and verify that all environmental, primary power, grounding and airflow conditions are within compliance of the minimum standards required for optimal operation and overall maintainability of the system.
Any instrumentation or equipment found at this time to be unsupportable and or in need of major replacement or enhancement will be noted and a complete Service Report will be provided. Since such instrumentation or equipment is not covered under this contract, a price quotation will be included with the Service Report to bring the system back to optimal performance.
