While many companies deliver test systems, few have the necessary engineering experience and proven development processes to immediately create a virtual in-house test team. ProMetric Systems has made a large resource commitment to supporting test systems delivered across a wide array of industries and geographical locations. Our goals are to never designate a system obsolete that a customer is continuing to utilize.

As a quality ATE system supplier, ProMetric has long recognized the benefit to our customers that a field service resource affords. Our customers have made a large investment in equipment and have developed a long-term relationship with ProMetric. We take both of these commitments very seriously.

Our service programs are in place to support these commitments from the time we deliver the first station through the life of a service contract. ProMetric has made significant investment in plant, equipment, inventory, personnel and training to ensure that we can be there when our customers need us.
